Raytheon declares cash dividend

December 01-15, 2011

Raytheon Company has announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.43 per outstanding share of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on February 9, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 4, 2012.
