12 SIMI operatives arrested

The Minister of State for Home, Kiren Rijiju has said in the Parliament that the Central Agencies had arrested 12 accused persons from Jharkhand during the year 2012-14. The Patna and Bodh Gaya blasts were carried out by a Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) module which developed in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Almost all the key SIMI operatives have been arrested.
