Visit of Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) to Central Servicing Development Organisation (CSDO)
Gen Anil Chauhan, CDS visited CSDO at New Delhi on September 21, 2023. He was received by AOM, Air Marshal C.R. Mohan. CSDO is a premiere institute entrusted with the responsibility of formulation of maintenance philosophies of IAF.
During the visit, he was briefed on the capabilities of two critical Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software of IAF i.e Integrated Material Management Online System (IMMOLS) for automated inventory management and Electronic Maintenance Management System (e-MMS) for maintenance management.
The CDS appreciated the expanse of the two ERPs which were conceived with the aim of Digital India. He also emphasised the importance of expansion of both the ERPs amongst all three services for integrated maintenance and inventory management.
