Uvision, a global leader in smart integrated systems and loitering munitions, today announced the appointment of Eyal Rubin as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective as of September 2026. Rubin joins Uvision as the company continues to build on strong business momentum and expansion of its global activities, supported by new orders, recent achievements in the US market and the combat-proven operational performance of its products.
Rubin brings nearly three decades of financial leadership and capital markets experience. He has served as CFO of several Nasdaq- and NYSE-listed companies, including Nasus Pharma, Protalix Biotherapeutics and BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics, and previously served as Vice President and Head of Corporate Treasury at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries.
