Northrop Grumman Appoints New Country Executive for Germany

Northrop Grumman Corporation has appointed Stephanie Willmann to be the company's first country lead executive for Germany. In this newly created position, Stephanie will lead Northrop Grumman's enhanced commitment to the Bundeswehr, with a focus on providing German and NATO forces mission-winning capabilities and cultivating trusted local industry partnerships.

"Northrop Grumman has a longstanding strategic commitment to Germany, working with the German government and local partners to devise and deliver advanced technology that ensures NATO defense forces stay ahead of emerging threats," said Stephen O'Bryan, corporate vice president and chief global business development officer, Northrop Grumman. "Stephanie brings extensive industry and regional aerospace and defense expertise to the team."

Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Stephanie served as the Country Director for Germany at Rolls Royce and held multiple customer-facing leadership positions at Rheinmetall. Stephanie holds a bachelor's and a doctorate in International Relations from the University of Cologne and a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Her experience also includes lecturing at Royal Military Academy of Sandhurst in England, a fellowship at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government and chairing the Committee on International and European Affairs of the German Defense Industry Association (BDSV). Her extensive defense experience was gained while serving in at the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe in Belgium, the Kosovo Force and at the Bundeswehr Transformation Center in the Department for Strategic Foresight.
