FN Browning Group announces the completion of its acquisition of Sofisport, a Paris-based global leader in the manufacture of ammunition and components. This strategic move consolidates FN Browning Group's position among the world's industry leaders and strengthens its portfolio of integrated small arms and ammunition solutions, spanning both the Defence & Security and Hunting & Sports Shooting markets.

Sofisport subsidiaries operate around fifteen facilities in France, Italy, Spain, Canada and the United Kingdom, complementing FN Browning Group's companies and factories in Belgium, the United States, the United Kingdom, Portugal and Finland.

As a result of the acquisition, FN Browning Group now employs 4,100 people worldwide across more than 25 industrial, commercial and administrative sites.
